Hara Lehsun with Rotla Recipe
Ingredients
Hara Lehsun (Green Garlic) | 750 g (chopped) | |
Salt | To taste | |
Oil | 1/2 cup | |
Clarified butter (Ghee) | 1/2 cup |
Method for cooking Hara Lehsun (Green Garlic) with Rotla:
- Chop Hara Lehsun (Green Garlic) finely using knife and marinate with salt for 2-3 hours.
- Wash Hara Lehsun and drain all water from it.
- Form Rotlas and crush it with your hands or in a blender. Make sure the mixture is not in a powdered form.
- In a pan, heat the oil and clarified butter. Add Hara Lehsun in the hot oil and fry well.
- Add the Rotlas Mixture in the pan. Mix well and keep it on low flame for 20-30 mins.
- Serve with Baingan Bharta (Eggplant Bharta), Yogurt and Papad.
